We can offer various maintenance contracts for your security system, ranging from non inclusive to fully comprehensive.
In general a maintenance contract would include a routine annual service, during which all of the elements of the system would be tested as well as testing the system back up batteries.
Some systems will require more than one planed preventative maintenance visit per year, for instance systems which have a police response need to be serviced twice a year at six monthly intervals.
We include a fully comprehensive maintenance contact with every new system, and can usually offer a maintenance contract with a full upgrade of your system, where a partial upgrade would normally get a limited contract (i.e. it wouldn't cover the existing parts that were not upgraded)
Where we didn't install the original security system it is still possible that we may be able to offer a maintenance contract, however we would first need to carry out a full chargeable service on the system to establish that everything is in good working order. Anything found to be faulty or obsolete would need to be repaired or replaced before we could offer a maintenance contract. (please note that in some cases we may not be able to offer a maintenance contact at all, or just offer a non-inclusive contract)
